Re: Nikki, Nalgask And Tiggi RP
Erika walked behind the boy for at least twenty minutes. While they walked, she had time to study the back of his head. He had sandy coloured, longish hair, which was slightly darker underneath. The longest bits came down to his shoulders, and the shortest, his ears. It was the same shade as the leader's, beard and short hair.
'You're his son, aren't you?'
'Huh?' The boy said, looking round at her.
'The leader's son. The boy who is always useless to his father. Do you have an older brother.'
'Yeah, how did you-'
'Because, your brother is the one your father loves, and your just an extra to him. I've seen it many times.'
The boy turned away, obviously embarrassed.
'How old are you?' Erika asked.
'Seventeen. Eighteen in the Autumn.'
'Where are you taking me?'
'Er... um... I can't-'
'Please. I only want to know.'
Ariela watched the boy dragging the girl that Kar had been with. Now she would make her move. Fully shifted as a cat, she jumped onto the boy. He fell, and Kar's girl managed to grab the rope. Now for Kar.

Re: Nikki, Nalgask And Tiggi RP
Kar watched as his cart continued to get hauld deeper into the centre of camp. It caught the attention of nearly everyone there, people came and pointed. Some gasped and others shook their head in guilt. Kar was still trying to forget about the pain his bound hands were recieving and winced as they jolted again. The camp was huge but the amount of people within it was staggering. There were shelters spread out across the whole valley and he wouldn't have been surprised if it went on even further.
"Take him to the others," growled the leader and Kar shot him one last dirty look before the cart was off and the leaders pleased expression was swallowed by the crowd of people.

'Thanks.' Erika told Ariela, grabbing the back of the boy's head.
'Take us to the forth-post camp. Now.' Ariela hissed at him.
'Uh, um...' Ariela pulled on Erika's hand, making her pull on his hair. 'Arrgghh! Ok, fine. I'll take you there.'

Re: Nikki, Nalgask And Tiggi RP
Kar could sense the others arouns him. Not very well and I was pretty sure he was the first angel among them but it was slightly unnerving. He had a strange feeling they were looking for him now, now that they knew he was here and he shuddered. The men who were dragging him along didn't pay much attention to him so they didn't see him drop another splatter of blood to the floor as he was hauled from the cage. He didn't bother to charge at them again, though he could break a few necks before a new group took him down, it would be pointless and a waist of energy. He'd conserve it for when he had a better chance of escape.

'If you lead us into a trap, you'll be worse than dead.' Ariela told him. 'Take the lead.' She shifted again, and stalked behind, keeping a watchful eye on their surroundings.
Erika decided that the best way to win the boy over was to talk to him. 'So your name is?'
The boy looked back at her. 'Roy.'
'I'm Erika. Nice to meet you Roy.'
'Huh.' Roy said blankly.
'I said, nice to meet you.'
'Why is it nice to meet me?'
Erika sighed. Why couldn't she ever meet a man who was clever. 'I'm basically saying hello.'
'Oh. Hello...Erika?'
'Yes.'
Roy turned away, watching the path. 'We're almost here.'

*Haha. Roy isn't to good at making convo. eh? I kinda like him though XD Maybe he should come with us....*
Kar was 'thrown' into a barred cell. Not so much as thrown as in asked. He walked in and looked around expectantly. The men on the other side shuffled uncomfortably. "Homey," he commented and sat down on the bench in side of the room. "Are you going to tell me to stay and be a good angel, because you know?" he got up and walked across the room, hands still bound behind his back. He lowed his voice into a menacing whisper. "I'm not." He smiled sharply and turned away, he hear the scuffing of mens feet as the fled and grinned. He'd be out of here in no time. What really worried him was what was caged in here with him. A man crouched not far off, his hands bound also with the same metal as his own. He had pale blond hair which hung limp around his brow but it draped over his face so Kar couldn't see his features. He was small but Kar could tell he was once well built, with a quite tunic he much have been highly ranked in some society once upon a time but now, it was dirty and as Kar got closer his eyes started to water from the smell. He stunk!
"Hey man?" he asked, trying to get his attention but the man appeared not to have heard him.
Kar came to an abrupt halt as the man lifted his eyes so he could look at Kar, and the black angel was struck with surprise and...fear. The man's face was blank, he had china blue eyes that were wide and rimmed with a think layer of lashes. His hair, which had once been styled, was not strangled and hung below his shoulders. He was young, just a little older than Kar in appearance with a broad body and height. His bare arms showed signs of waisted muscle but what made the huge impact on Kar was that something was extending out of his back.
Kar took a step back and realized he was shaking his head from side to side wildly. "Wha.." he began as a grim dirty wing uncurled itself from the man's shoulder blades. He saw him wince and forced himself to step closer, remembering that this man much have been in here for years without food or water. Angel's could live around two years without water or food, as long as they had fresh air and dampness. There was no limit to the damp and condensation but the thick air in here couldn't be helping the man.
Kar remembered he'd searched for angel's in here before entering but hadn't sensed any. "I didn't-" he began again but cut off as the white angel raised a hand for silence. Then he thought about it and realized, there wasn't much left of this angel to detect. He was nearly beyond repair and he was to weak to set of any angel alarms. Kar hadn't seen any of his kinda for almost 40 years and this hit him like a tidal wave. The white angel stood up, even that was an afford and sat on the bench Kar had been sitting on moments ago. Keeping his thin patchy wings pressed against his back. "Who are you?" Kar demanded.
Then angel looked up, he was young, Kar realized. Couldn't be a few years older than Kar himself.
"My name is Angel."
*Original name eh? *

*Nope. Yeah, I think Roy should come with them too. Angel, extremely original =P*
Ariela sniffed a little. She paused, then shifted into her human form. 'Kar's here. I can't smell a trap, but i don't trust you.' She half snarled at Roy. 'We need to split up. Kar's g- I mean, Erika and Roy, you can distract while I fetch Kar. Understand?'
'Okay. Roy, what are your father's weaknesses?'
Roy shrugged.
'Please.' Erika begged.
'He has a wound on his left side. He's never on his own unless he and my brother, Marc, are together.'
'What's Marc like?'
'He's a dream to my father. A strong fighter, muscular, good looking.'
Roy seemed like he had a huge list, so Erika butted in. 'How old?'
'Twenty.'
'Hmm... I wouldn't be able to take on either of them. Ariela, I think we should swap.' Erika suggested hopefully.
'Uh huh, and leave me with the dog's son.' Ariela spat on the ground. 'I'm finding Kar.'
'Lets stick together then?'
'Fine.' Ariela huffed, and shifted into the ginger cat.

*Haha. I have a feeling this post might be a bit long so a apologies in advance.... *
"Angel," Kar frowned, unsure what do say but didn't have to as the white angel smiled.
"You're one of the dark ones aren't you?" he asked and Kar nodded. "Ah," Angel lent back against the bench, exhaustion coming over him from just the small walk to the seat. "There weren't many of you left when I last flew."
"There are angel's like me?" Kar asked hopefully but his hope was shattered as Angel shook his head.
"I was one of the hunting party's set out to destroy them," he coughed. "Only a dozen lived." Kar's shoulders sagged and he rested his back against the stone walls, lets his head roll back and closed his eyes with a sigh.
"Well, you're not planning on slitting my throat while we sleep are you?" Kar asked, opening one eye to glare at him but Angel only shook his head, a small amused glitter in his pale blue eyes. Everything was pale about him, kar realized, he had fair hair, almost white if it was clean. Pale eyes and what once would have been pure wings. The only thing odd was he was surprisingly tanned, his skin was a copper gold which he'd managed to maintain, even if the lack of light in this place. In contrast to Kar, he was the opposite.
"How long have you been down here?" Kar asked wearily, eyes narrowed.
"I don't know," replied the other angel. "Time passes slowly in the cells." he paused and looked at Kar curiously, his tired face curious. "You're eyes. I've never seen a angel possess such a feature. Like an eagle. Does it effect your vision?"
Kar shrugged. Unsure how to react to this casual talk. "I.. don't know. Compared to other angels? I have not a clue as I haven't been in the company of one for several years now." He dodged the number, not wanting to admit he'd been cast out even below fifty years of age. "To human eye sight? I guess its seventy times better, I can capture every detail at great heights."
Angel seemed impressed and tried to get to his feet, swayed and chose to sit back down again. "Like a hawk," he sighed and fell silent. After several heartbeats Kar feared the angel had fallen asleep... or worse and coughed. Angel, started and sat upright again, straightening his shoulders.
"I've been down here for so long," he admitted and arched an eyebrow. "What's it like out there?"
Kar considered this and shook his head. "No time now," His ears had picked up the sound from outside. He could hear talking and footsteps as they approached. "Stay down." Angel, blinked but complied.
Kar broke away from the wall and stood in front of the bars, his hands still bound behind his back with the metal cuffs. Two men approached and Kar growled in the back of his throat. The smaller of the two flinched, but the other stood tall and took a step forwards. Kar smiled. "You have guts," he commented and the man laughed. He looked familiar, he had dark hair flecked with sandy streaks. His face was sharp and his nose slightly roman.
"I could say the same for you," he countered and Kar nodded slowly.
"What did they send you for?"
"To remove the waste." His steely gaze broke Kar's and fixed on something behind him. Kar didn't have to turn to know he meant Angel.
"Who are you to interfere with the leaders plans? I am sure he didn't command such a objective. After all, angel blood is pure," he spat out the last word.
"I don't need his consent," the man snarled, coming closer to the bars. Kar mirrored his movement and was rewarded when he saw the man's adam apple move as he swallowed.
"but you'll need mine," Kar whispered and, slightly shaken the man moved away and turned to his companion who was taking another quick step backwards.
"We'll need more backup," he growled. "This ones still got its strength." Deliberately, he refused to meet Kar's gaze as they retreated but when they were my the door he turned and glared, his expression malicious.
"Don't threaten me again angel, you'll regret it."
"Marc!" yelled his companion, who'd already made it through the door. "Somethings happening outside, come on." With that, the man turned and swept out, leaving Angel and Kar alone again.
Silence fell around them and was broken only by the sharp clap as Angel applauded him. "Well done darkling," the white angel praised and then elapsed into a fit of hoarse coughed. Kar reached his side in an instant and crouched beside him where he'd doubled over. Resting his hand on his back, making sure he didn't brush his feathers. "I'm fine," Angel gasped between fits.
"You are not," Kar snarled and sat on the floor in front of him. "Is there anything I can do?"
Angel looked up, startled, a mixture of emotions playing across his face. "You'd help me?" he asked in surprise and Kar frowned. Now he looked more like a younger angel with that hope and open look on his face but Kar was sure that if he ever got out of here, all the punishments and neglect he had received would have been beaten into his face and nature forever. Leaving a permanent scar.
"Sure."
Angel smiled then, and it wasn't a nice smile. It looked like the smile Kar played before he dispatched someone. Just then he didn't look like the pure angel he was. "Well then, there is one thing you can do..."

*No, its cool =)
I'm thinking that Marc could be only acting rough and tough in front of his father and the bandits. But with Roy, he wants him to succeed. Erika could fall in love with one of them. What do you think?*
'Get out there!' Ariela hissed, pushing Roy hard in the back.
'But-'
'Brother? What are you doing here?' Marc walked over, looking around as if there was something amiss.
'I-uh.' Roy shifted uncomfortably, but dared not look back.
'Out with it, Roy. Before I get bored.'
'Uh, um... I was, er, sent here, by, er, um, commander, uh, Rickets. He, uh, wanted reinforcements, um, cause, there was a, uh, attack.' Luckily, Marc could never tell when Roy was lying.
'Well done, Brother. Father will want to know of your success.' He signaled for the thirty soldiers behind him to reinforce the second camp. 'What about the Prisoner? Is she safe?'
'Uh huh. I have her with me.' Roy pulled on the rope which was in his tanned left hand. Erika came trotting out from behind the trees, looking scared and ill.

Re: Nikki, Nalgask And Tiggi RP
*Again, guilty of the long post :S
Ok cool.
Yea good idea! I think.... Marc. You could have it so that Roy likes her too but she doesn't realize it and just treats him like a friend. XD Conflict between the brothers. ^^
Ohhh and can we have Angel become best friends with Erika? So she can look after him 'cause he's gone a little crazy. He's normal.. kinda, he just has moments where he thinks he's still doing good but he's gone overboard and being tiny bit evil. He has been tortured for nearly 2 years so its understand able. Haha. It just means it'll do more than necessary to protect people etc XD
Maybe Erika could be like protecting him from himself or something and then you could have Marc get jealous of that! hahaha. and their friendship and Erika has to decide whats more important before Marc decides to accept Angel 'cause otherwise he'll prob. go crazy and end up killing himself by mistake while playing a game. haha. See where I'm going? I don't know if that makes sense in words but in my head its clear. :S Sorry.*
Kar threw him a questioning look and Angel cocked his head to the side with a small smile. Wincing as something jarred and Kar sighed. "Alright. What is it?" he finally asked, not sure if he wanted to know the answer. He could hear someone talking outside and he didn't think they had alot of time before they returned with reinforcements.
"A transfer of energy," Angel murmured, his voice barely audible so Kar had to lean closer to hear him through his mass of pale hair. Kar waited for him to explain further and when he didn't Kar studied him closer and could tell he'd lost his trail of thought.
"Angel?" he asked and the white angel looked up, frowning.
"What was I talking about?" he asked and Kar blinked in astonishment.
"A transfer of energy?" he offered and his eyes flashed with recolonization at the subject.
"Ah yes. Angel's have been upon his earth since its beginning, no?" Kar nodded, afraid him speaking would cause him to slip away again. Something squeezed in his chest as he thought that this angel was no older than himself and he felt a spear of hatred for the bandits to have done this to him. He could tell that Angel hadn't seen much violence before this life and that it had affected him greatly. "We don't die, unless well... you already know the ways of endangering a angels life right?" Kar looked at him blankly and Angel sighed. "You really do like under a rock don't you?"
Kar smiled. "I think that might more be you," he replied and Angel thought about this then laughed sharply.
"You're right, again." He sobered immediately. "Alright, back to business. Well, there must be a way of keeping an angel alive right? Without the need for water and food over millenniums are half out kind would have been whipped out by now. Its called Tranf'zu. Its a way of linking energy from one source to the other without the need of a trigger. All guardians are taught it. " He had the decency at that point to look lightly sheepish. "Sorry," he apologized, realizing Kar wouldn't have gone through the training and he was only emphasizing it.
"Our wings and hands hold most of the power right? Your hands, just like the elves, hold some control over each element and out wings speak to us. Our feathers," he face darkened and Kar glanced at his back where the featured here mauled and destroyed. It would take...only a few day from them to grow back in an open space with food and water available but here? Never. "they sing to us. Do they you darkling?" Kar nodded again.
"Good, good. You must be offspring then..." he looked away thoughtfully and Kar was afraid he'd go off on another rant but he held his own and ran back onto track without any help. Thought the last comment has sparked Kar's interest. "Its simple enough after practice but sadly, we don't have time for any of that. Take my wings in your hands," he instructed and Kar did as ordered. Still not understanding what he had to do. "I'll catch your aura flow and drain some energy."
"Wait, wha-" Kar began but gasped as he felt the tung on his strength. It felt like he was draining away, his power being leeched and snapped from his physical body. Pouring into Angel who was growing straighter in posture and his muscle becoming more prominent. Kar's eyelids drooped, he was tired.... then the link broke and Kar stumbled away, gasping. His eyes widened as he took in what was in front of him.
Angel stood tall, maybe just taller than Kar. His hair was still ragged but there was a soft white glow about it then, now that Kar looked, seemed to be radiating off his whole body. His skin was a shinning copper and as his wings unfurled from his back Kar took a step back.
He'd thought they'd been pure white, like he expected of an angel like him but there weren't. Some of his features were tipped with a rose red. Some a faded pink and other like blood. Everything about him suggested guardian, but those feathers... not natural. Kar had thought his black wings had been a sign of darkness but this was insane.
Angel didn't seem bothered though and only tusked to himself, removing a loose straightened feather. His face had filled out, his china blue eyes alight with delight and his chest rippled with muscle beneath his loose under layer. "Those feathers ruin my image don't they?" he said smoothly, his voice level and confident. Kar could now see what he'd said. This boy was capable of leading a army.
"Why are they like that?" he asked and was surprised to feel his strength returning so quickly.
"I fell," replied Angel. "I was dragged, kicking and screaming into this place. I wasn't going to go down without a fight and, inflicting pain has its consequences." He glanced at his wings which were rustling and then brought them back against his shoulder blades. The glow had faded now, Kar's energy had been absorbed to its full and now he looked like a regular angel. Like Kar.
"We have company," Kar said with a smile and was rewarded when Angel's confidence faltered. "Lets get out of here."
"How?" asked Angel, obviously feeling out of his depth all of a sudden.

Re: Nikki, Nalgask And Tiggi RP
*It makes sense =) Ok, so Marc falls for her but gets jealous of Angel.*
'Ah... please, let me go.' Erika sobbed, thinking, oh aren't I such a good actor. 'I don't feel to good.' She made herself go white as a sheet and stumbled, falling dramatically.
Marc turned, making sure that there was no one around. What should he do? This girl was obviously no threat, and likely to die if he did nothing. Was this the young woman his father had spoken of. The girl he had captured for Marc to marry? If so, then she was his responsibility. 'Lady, there isn't much time. Let me take you somewhere safe.'
What!? This wasn't part of the plan. 'I... uh...' Erika mumbled.
Roy decided that it was his time to shine. 'Father said she was my responsibility. I have to take care of her, Marc.' A few spots of rain hit the top of his blonde head.
'There's a thunderstorm coming.' Marc said, looking up at the heavily clouded sky.

Re: Nikki, Nalgask And Tiggi RP
*Yea. Roy is jealous of Marc 'cause they both love Erika but Erika loves Marc. Marc is jealous of Angel because they become best friends and Angel becomes her bodyguard sorta thing but Erika has to keep him close to stop him going insane and doing anything stupid. (weird friendship) That right?*
Angel looked up then, as thought he could see through the damp stone that surrounded them. "There's a storm coming," he commented and Kar turned sharply.
"How do you know?" but Angel only winked. Throwing his arms up an exasperation, he moved to the bars again.
"Any change you have a lock pick in that loose undercoat of yours?" he asked, not turning but he could sense Angel shaking his head and come up to stand beside him. They both still had their hands strapped behind their backs and as Kar glanced up he still found he miraculous to see what a difference he'd made to the angel. How different he was from when they'd first entered the dungeon.
"Personally, I didn't think I'd see another angel till the day I died," he commented, and Kar wasn't sure if he was talking to him or just muttering. He wouldn't be surprised if it was the latter. "I didn't think another angel would be so naive to fall in the same way I did." Kar shot him a dirty look and growled.
"I didn't fall. I came willingly," this got Angel's attention and he turned his pale stare in the him, showing open confusion.
"Why!" he exclaimed with more force than needed.
"For others," Kar replied, keeping his voice level. He thought of Ariela and Erika. He could hear Erika not far off but she sounded hurt and faint, but as it stood, he couldn't do anything about it. Ariela on the other hand would be plotting, he was sure. Thought he wouldn't be surprised if she left him down here for his own good.
"What are you smiley for?" Angel asked and Kar realized he'd me smirking to himself. "Who are these others."
"Ariela and Erika."
"Ahh I see. Women." Kar glared at him and shook his head.
"Not like that. I traded place for them, they're, well, one of them is free while the other is in camp number three." Angel still looked bemused.
"You traded places for them!?" he almost screamed then collected himself again. "Huh, I never thought I'd meet a caring darkling."
"Have you ever met or spent the time to talk to one before?" Kar snarled, loosing his patients entirely.
Angel, seeming oblivious to the threat Kar had passed, considered this quietly. "No, I guess you're right," he laughed. "I haven't."
Kar shook his head, his black hair falling over his eyes and Angel watched him for a few moments before they both stood in silence looking out at the wooden door. "Look here," Angel said finally, making Kar jump. "Turn around," and Kar cautiously obeyed. He felt something click and his shackles fell to the ground with a jingle.
Kar stared open mouthed as he disabled his own and then rubbed his wrists, obviously pleased with himself.
"You, you... why didn't you do that in the first place!" now it was Kar's turn to bellow.
Angel only shrugged and winced as his bloodied wrists began to heal up. "I wanted to get to know you better." Kar head the urge to through his head in his hands but only have him a disbelieving look.
"You. are. insane." he sighed, massaging his own wrists. Where the metal had bitten into them it had left red sores but they had already begun to seal.
"I was merely curious and anyway, what good would it have gone," Angel corrected him and Kar wasn't listening. His hands gripped the bars with enough strength to crush a human skull. Angel's eyes widened in surprise as Kar bent the bars back and twisted them in on themselves. The groaned and creaked, his muscles strained to hold them in place.
"Go through," Kar growled through his teeth and Angel hopped lightly through. Kar followed and stood their breathing heavily.
"I'd nearly forgotten how strong you dark angels are," he sighed, voice full of wonder.
"Stop calling me that," Kar replied, ignoring the compliment and looked around for anything they could use as a weapon. In the corner was a set of keys, beside a metal door and Kar grabbed them off their hook. Inspecting them intensely. He chose the oldest key and fitted it into the lock and it was a miracle that it opened first time. The room it unlocked was a weapons room and Kar couldn't understand how stupid they had to be to have a weapons room in a prison.
He quickly removed one large mace and dropped it into Angel's hands, he yelped and dropped it. Kar turned slowly and groaned. "Please don't say you don't know who to fight?" Angel gingerly picked up the mace and looked at it with disgust.
"Why would I have learned?" he snapped and Kar groaned.
"You were prepared to go and destroy darklings without knowing how to fight!"
Angel frowned. "We had no need, we had this." Suddenly Angel clicked his fingers and a small red flame fluttered just about his fingertips. Angel snuffed it out. "Magic," he breathed happily and put the mace back on its hook.
Kar took off a large Axe and three small daggers, thrusting them into his belt. "Come on. They would have heard our break out, it wasn't exactly quite." He pushed passed Angel who still in the doorway and out into the main hall again. He could hear Erika speaking again and cursed. They were to close. Where was Ariela when you need her, she always had a plan.

Re: Nikki, Nalgask And Tiggi RP
Ariela in her human form entered a tent next to the woods. She creeped up behind the bandit and disabled him quickly and quietly. She then stole his sword and left the tent as if she knew the place. She then dashed into the hall which lead to the dungeons, and almost collided with Kar. She cursed under her breath, giving Kar a how did you like it in there? look. She spotted the white angel and gave Kar a stare that she knew he had seen many times before, [i]we're not bringing him.[/i
Ariela nodded once at Kar, signaling to be silent, before turning back around, shifting, dropping the sword, scowling at the rain, but dashing outside to sit beside Roy.
'Let me take her.' Marc told his brother sternly. 'She'll get ill in this rain. She's not your responsibility anymore.'
While Marc was speaking, Erika slid her hands out of the rope. 'No, I'm not either of yours.' She stood quickly giving Marc a punch on the jaw. He took a step backwards, startled. 'Come on, Roy.' Erika shouted through the first lightning strike.

Angel twirled his fingers and beamed at Ariela. "This must be one of your women," he grinned. "She looks angry." Kar shot him a look that showed he wanted to shoot him dead then and there and looked back at Ariela.
"He's coming," he hissed, leaning forwards so she could hear. He gave her a be careful look and turned back to Angel who had turned to inspect a trail on insects who ran up the dungeon wall.
"Come on," he growled and grabbed the man by the wrists, dragging him out into the sunlight. Kar blinked, adjusting to the knew surroundings and Angel cried out in dismay. His hands flew to his eyes and he covered them, clawing at them furiously. Kar grabbed both of his wrists and forced them back to his sides.
"Stop it," he snarled. "We have to get out of here."
"but I can't see anything!" Angel moaned, squeezing his eyes shut as painful tears rolled down his cheeks. Another bolt of lightning struck, it set the nearest shelter on fire and it burnt furiously. It was consumed in seconds and the next caught alight.
"Try," Kar pleaded and Angel opened his eyes, taking in the surroundings hungrily. There were blank spots in his vision, he'd been in darkness for so long that even this pour light of a thunderstorm was to much for his weak sight. With a groan Angel rolled back on his heels and tipped his head back so the water splashed over his face, rolling down his cheeks and washing away the tears and grime. Kar's hair was plastered to his face from the rain which was coming down in bucket loads and he cursed. There would be no flying in this weather.
As if Angel had read his thoughts he pulled his white wings to his back and jogged up beside Kar, blinking rapidly.
"Oops," he breathed and Kar shot him a confused glance.
"Oops?" Angel pointed to the shelters which were alight and burning.
"That wasn't you you idiot, if you hadn't noticed, there's lightening striking us down!" he had to cry the last words as another fork of light light stunned them as it struck the trees off to their right.
"I..." Angel began and shook his head. "I need to get out of here."
"We all do." Kar growled and searched for Ariela. He caught sight of Erika and some boy a few years younger than herself. Marc was staring after them blankly and Kar stole his chance. He cleared the distance between them and landed a blow on the side of the boys head. Momentarily stunned, he fell to the floor and lay there blinking. "I'll pay will I?" Kar asked, enjoying this way to much.
Then he caught sight of Angel. The white angel stood not far off, his expression dark and full of hate. He was juggling a ball of bright purple light between his fingers and, he quickly threw back his shoulder and sent it hurtling to wards Marc and Kar. Kar yelped and, grabbing Marc's shoulders, hauled him out of the line of fire.
Angel, seeing that Marc hadn't been harmed, lunged at him. Marc shot to his feet but Angel was quick. He knocked into him with a full body slam and they body fell to the floor, kicking and punching.
"Angel!" Kar shouted but the white angel didn't seem to hear him. Kar managed to pry him off and hold him there as she struggled.
"Let me go!" he screamed and tried to get Kar to release him.
"No, only if you promise not to go mad again." Angel ceased his struggle and went limp, chest heaving and shoulders shaking.
"Alright."
Kar released him. Marc propped himself up on his elbows and glared at them. He whipped blood from his mouth and a long gash had opened on his hairline. It trickled down the side of his face. "Get up," Kar sighed and Marc surprisingly obeyed. His gaze fluttered to where the boy and Erika had dashed off and Kar stepped closer. "Don't follow us," he snarled and looked at Angel who seemed to have recovered and now looked slightly green. "Come on, move." Angel cast Marc one last long look before leaping over him and jogging along side Kar.
"Ariela?" Kar called, trying to make out the ginger cat between the orange flames. They made after Erika and the boy who'd made into the tree line.

Argg, Its so wet. Ariela thought miserably. She spotted Kar in the distance. A rough hand grabbed her middle. Dog. She thought. Her tail swishing angrily, she turned and scratched the leader's face and hand. He dropped her suddenly and she landed on her four muddy paws. Ariela darted in between legs until she came to the trees. Erika and Roy had followed, using their sense that it was no use fighting in this weather.
Roy ran to his brother, shouting, 'Leave off!' At Kar, which lead to Erika screaming at him to come back as a strike of thunder hit a tent next to them.
Marc pushed himself and Roy out of the way of the rapidly spreading flames. 'I go where Roy goes.'

Kar muttered under his breath, grabbing Angel by the collar. "Alright, just get out of here." He growled and, dragging the miserable Angel behind him, began to run into the trees. He ushed them all in, looked around and counted numbers. "Where's Areila?" he asked, searching for her cat form. He didn't give it much thought though, she was clever and would have made into the trees at the first spot of rain. "Erika and... Roy? go ahead. Marc, bright but the rear and don't try anything stupid or I'll set him," he gabbed his thumb at Angel, "on you." With that he smiled sweetly and pushed Roy and Erika forwards. All this could have gotten them killed. Once they were a safe distance away Angel began to mutter to himself. The ran was still pouring down on them, the trees doing little to lessen to soaking them were recieving.
"This storms getting on my nerves now," he growled and, glancing up at the sky angrily. The bruised clouds growled, thunder shuddering the ground but no lightning came again. After several heartbeats the rain eased up and Kar looked around at the others to see if they'd noticed anything but they didn't appear to have made the link between Angel and the weather patterns.
"Stop it," Kar hissed in his ear and Angel started.
"What?" he asked way to inoccently.
"I know what you're doing, stop it." The rain started up again and Kar sighed. He looked away and casted a glance around the dark forest. It was getting dark now and he couldn't believe it was only a day since he'd met Areila again. He walked up front and stood beside Erika. "So where did you pick him up?" he asked, nodding his head in Roy's direction.

Re: Nikki, Nalgask And Tiggi RP
'Huh? Oh, he was taking me to the camp and, er, Ariela attacked him. He said he'd come with us if we hated uh, his father. Marc's his older brother, who's the favorite.' Erika smiled innocently. 'I felt sorry for him.' She turned to look at Angel. 'Where did he come from?' She whispered to Kar.
Roy kicked his feet as he walked. What was father going to think of me now? I will get the blame, not Marc.

Re: Nikki, Nalgask And Tiggi RP
*Should we have the two guys be really startled when they actually see the angels with their wings out for the first time? When they get into than open space? Coz I don't think they would really have seen any at their camp as Angel and Kar are the first and Angel hasn't looked well in years, Kar had his strapped to his back the whole way... which reminds me....*
Kar nodded and began to unwrap the rope which had been forced around him to stop his wings from unfolding but, much to their dismay, he kept them tight to his back. He looked sympathetically at Roy who was walking forlornly beside Erika. "You're welcome to stay with us," he told the boy. "After what you did to help us." He smiled. He bent his head so he could talk to Erika a little quieter. "He was my prison buddy," he told the girl. "just be weary of him ok? I don't think he's all there." He glanced over at the white angel, his white shirt was dirty and he wore back leggings with a gold pendant around his neck which was just visible above the low cut shirt. The rain had washed all the mud and blood from his features and now he looked golden as the sun began to come out from behind the clouds. The ran had stopped to suddenly, and Kar threw Angel another look which the boy didn't meet. Right then he didn't look insane, he looked like a handsome regular boy with just a little more tightness around his mouth and eyes. His pale eyes glittered with excitement as he looked around the forest, hungrily taking in every little detail. Kar was surprised that he was even still with them. He'd half expected the angel to take off straight away but he'd walked behind them silently. Kar was still afraid Marc might try and stab the white angel in the back but was pretty sure he wouldn't try anything. Not yet anyway.
Angel, seeing the two staring at him smiled and picked up his long legged pace so he stood beside them.
"Hello," he smiled at Erika. "You must be?" he paused.

'Erika. Feel free to stay with us for as long as you need.' She paused, remembering something. 'You know what? You remind me of my brother, just a little. You have that look in your eyes.' She smiled embarrassed and asked, 'Where are we going?' to Kar.
Marc watched his brother as they walked. He seemed... bored? Perhaps he wasn't interested in Erika after all. His attention changed to Erika. Her and the other guy seemed to be getting along well, too well. He upped his speed, so he was walking beside her, between the two.
'It's Erika, right?'
'Yes. That's me.' She smiled at him.
'I'm Marc.'
'Pleasure to meet you. Marc.'
'And you.' He grinned back.

Kar smirked as the guys butted in but felt Angel tense beside him. "Looking for Areila before we go any further. She knows we would go to open ground so thats where she's most likely to meet us." He looked at Angel who was still stiff and his posture ridged, his pale eyes staring at Marc intently and Kar waved his hand in front of his eyes, distracting him. Angel blinked and when back to his normal behavior. "Where's the nearest valley, Heathland?" he asked and the white angel grinned.
"Why ask me darkling?" he countered and Kar growled.
"I said don't call me that!" he exclaimed and Angel looked truly offended.
"but it has a nice ring to it," he sighed and looked off into the far distance. "I've always wanted a nickname."
Kar shook his head and threw the others a exasperated look. "Please just tell me."
"Due west of here," replied the angel and Kar looked relieved.
"Thanks."
"Pleasure."
Kar looked back at Erika, then Marc. "You should be at the back," he commented, frowning. "Alright, Marc and..." he paused, "Roy, I want you at the back. Make sure nothing creeps up on us. Erika you come in the middle with him," he chucked his head in Angel's direction, "and I'll take the lead till we get into open ground."
Angel nodded abruptly and fell back behind. "Pretty boy," he addressed Marc and Kar groaned inwardly. A fight was going to break out and he didn't have Areila to help break it up. "You should be behind me. You to mouse," he caught Roy's eye.
Kar lent close to Erika. "Just be careful around him alright. I don't think he'll try anything stupid but...," he sighed, "he likes nicknames."
"Erika," Angel announced. "Nice name," he muttered, "No need to nickname you there."

Erika sighed at Kar, and fell in step with Angel. 'I'll take it as a compliment.' She told him. 'Sorry, I didn't quite catch your name...?' She twirled her hair round her finger a few times, then let it fall, making a ringlet in her wet hair.
Marc scowled. Pretty boy? That was not who Erika should think he was, she should think he was brave and romantic, not pretty, or a boy. Angel was going to get a punch if he didn't shut up. Roy was a mouse. He didn't need telling though, and Kar was a dark angel, his father had told him, he deserved to be called that.
Ariela jumped down from the overhanging tree in her human-like form. Both Roy and Erika started, but Marc didn't move a muscle. He had seen what she could do.
'You can't go that way.' She told Kar, smirking. 'There are lots of them that way.' By this she meant the Bandits. 'Including their,' She nodded at Marc and Roy, 'Father. I hope nobody is double crossing.'
She looked around the group. Why had that other person come along to, and Marc? It was crossing the line at Roy, but now... She was going to kill Kar later.

Re: Nikki, Nalgask And Tiggi RP
Angel bowed a low bow and raised his head with a grin. "So you should." Blowing his long pale hair from his eyes. "Angel, my name is Angel" he smirked. "Nice you meet you." He caught Erika playing with her hair and shook his own out, sending spray everywhere.
"Let me help you with that," Angel smiled, reaching out to touch her long hair. It ran a hand through it, and where his fingertips brushed it, it dried. Becoming smooth and knot less. Kar through him a look which said he didn't approve of all the magic using and Angel smiled back dryly. He dropped his hand to his side and appreciated his accomplishment. "Very nice," he commented, running a hand through his own hair to get it out of his eyes again.
"Do you have a dagger on you?" he asked her mildly.
Kar looked back at them and shook his head. At least he was being friendly. Just then he saw something flash on the sidelines and turned to see Areila crouched. His lips played into a half smile and he resisted the urge to give her a bear hug. "Oh no? then what way should we go? Out of this forest I'd say, somewhere where me and Angel can scout."
Angel looked up at his name and gave Kar a confused look and Kar just smiled back.
"Good to see you made it out there without any trouble," he commented gruffly but Areila wasn't listening. She was watching the new additions to their team.
"I know," he groaned, running a hand over his face. "I didn't want them to come. Truly I didn't." He had the decency to look guilty. "Though... I did say Roy could stay if he wanted..." he pointed to the youngest among them.

'If it were up to me, i would've left them behind, making no promises.' Ariela hissed at Kar. 'The open? No, too visible, perhaps we stick around here for awhile, the forest is our best option, and also, we can't see in this weather.'
Roy sulked behind, keeping a watchful eye on Ariela. He wasn't going to forgive her too quickly for attacking him earlier. He didn't like her one bit.
Erika laughed as the angel shook his wet hair. 'Thanks.' She told him as her hair was suddenly dry. 'You really got a lot of abilities.' Erika frowned as he asked her the last question. 'And if I did what would you need it for, exactly?'
Then a memory came to her. The wise woman had told her that in this forest someone knew the whereabouts of the seal of Caelin. Could she trust Angel, like she had with Kar, with her secret?

Kar rolled his eyes. "If it were up to you, we'd still be in there fighting till every bandit lay dead at our feet." He smiled though but it feel when he heardher other comments. "Maybe you're right. Alright," he sighed. "We'll stay out of the open for a while but you know I don't like it around here." He was walking before her now as they moved through the forest, the trees were growing denser and he was sure they would have to cross through the whole wood before coming to any open ground. "You guys can't see in this weather," he corrected. "I can see perfectly well I I dare say Angel can too." He looked back at Angel and Erika who were deep in discussion, then back at where Roy and Marc tagged along behind. He saw the glares Roy was throwing Areila and chuckled, bending his head close to hers. "What did you do to that little guy?" he asked her.
Angel paused, thinking about his next answer. "I was going to cut-" he stopped and frowned at her. "Whats the matter?" He couldn't help feel alittle uncomfrotable under her stare. "Have I got something in my teeth?" He bared his teeth at her, knowing there wasn't anything in them really.

Ariela smirked. 'I landed on his back, punched him a bit, pulled his hair, and then poked a knife at his back. Not much, compared to what I've done to him before, while i was at the camp.' Ariela shrugged. 'He needed it, there's nothing between his ears.'
Erika paused and looked away. 'Can I trust you with my secret?' She whispered, making sure that everyone else was to far away to be able to eavesdrop on her. 'It's something I've kept quiet for a long time.'
