The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennifre walked through the woods near by her hometown. Emily had asked her to get water from the river that ran through the town. The only good place to reach down and get water was a spot by the ridge, most parts of the river had high banks that she really did not want to climb. She did not want to get mud on her new uniform, especially after she just joined the warriors. The warriors are a religious group of fighters-mostly females- who fight in the name of God. Ironically their called 'God's Warriors' Jennifre swung the bucket by her leg as she approached the river. Right now she really wished she specialized in the element of water. This chore would be so much easier then. People always tell her she's lucky to have two elements under her command, especially opposites such as lights and darkness. So far in her magic career she hadn't found anything powerful or awesome with her magic.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Cormag once again found himself on the run. Last week, he had grown so desperately hungry, that he had stolen a young woman's purse, from right under her nose. The young woman, he had found out, was the middle aged count's, wife. She had not gone long before she had realized that her purse was stolen, and the guards were sent out to search the villagers. Cormag had narrowly escaped, and now sat high in a tree above a teenage girl. She carried with her something valuable, that Cormag could use to buy himself some decent clothing, and a horse and carriage, so nobody would search him because of his looks. He flicked his red hair out of his eyes and waited for the right moment.

*Ok, this is the best I can find for a picture for her...I need to scan my drawings sometime... https://2img.net/h/i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee215/silverluna24/witches/Yuri2KaRIE.jpg

Jennifre bent down to the water and filled the two buckets. She then picked them up and walked back into the forest to the forest trail where it would take her back to town. She set the buckets down. Who knew water could be so heavy? She was about to pick them up again when her hand flew to the amulet around her neck. A cross with a light purple amethyst in the center. The black metal of the cross was inter-weaved into interesting, intricate patterns. She looked around, her blond hair falling into her face. That was weird, She thought picking up the buckets again.

Cormag jumped lightly from the tree. He ran at the girl, and pushed her over, the water going everywhere. 'Oh my, I'm very sorry, I didn't see you.' He helped her up, quickly, he pulled the amulet from her neck. He sprinted away, into the trees. Hopefully, he thought, she hasn't noticed yet.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennfre fell to her knees as a lump of mass larger then her bumped into her. She was about to stand up and face the 'attacker' when a hand grabbed her arm and quickly pulled her up. Before she could see who had done this a masculine voice muttered something about not seeing her and ran off. She looked down and saw the buckets on their sides, water strewn over the grassy forest trail. Jennifre swore under her breath as she bent down and picked them up. As she walked back to the river she felt an empty feeling inside of her. Then she noticed that no extra weight was against her chest. She looked down and saw her bare neck and upper chest. That... thief...! Jennifre swore loudly, nobody steals from her, especially something as precious to er has that amulet. "Amerll Kakrei Zenzas," Jennifre muttered with her eyes closed. The forest in which the thief had run lit up, the light was bright enough to blind anyone for a long enough time for Jennifre to reach her attacker.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Cormag shut his eyes as the blinding light filled the wood. He swore loudly and stumbled his way on, hoping that it was the right way. He felt for his bag on his belt, where he stuffed the amulet. He swore again as he tripped over what must have been a fallen branch. 'Owww!' Cormag moaned.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennfre heard a cry in the forest not far from her. Taking out all of the light from the forest so that no one could see but her she ran forward and saw a boy who she would nab as a few years older then her. He couldn't see her, could he? There, in his pocket. The chain of her amulet hung out, shining in the dark. Jennifre bent down and reached for the precious heirloom.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Cormag's ears buzzed with magic. He heard someones breathing next to him, so pulled away, shouting, 'What do you want?! Look,' He pulled the amulet out of his bag, and started waving it around. 'I'm sorry, take it back!'
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennifre snatched back the beloved amulet and chained it around her neck. She lent the boy a hand and pulled him up. She pulled away and waved a hand out before her, lighting up the forest. "Tell your friends not to mess with Jennifre Brightstar," she said as she spun around and continued back to the river to refill the buckets that were rudely spilled.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Cormag got up and raced after the girl. 'Wait! Look I am really sorry, I don't have any friends to tell. Just look after this for me.' He thrust the Count's wife's purse into her hands and ran back the way he had come, his red hair whipping around his masculine face.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennfre fumbled with the purse in her hands as she caught it. "What? Did you steal this too? No! I won't!" She cried after hm tossing the purse on the ground and stomped away. Then she ran back and picked it up. She didn't want another thief to find it...She opened it and peered in. There was like dozens of gold coins in there! She should return them...but maybe she could just take a few...
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Cormag looked behind him. Seeing the girl peering in he added. 'I wouldn't touch them if i were you!' He called. 'There's a defense spell on it, an undetectable one!' He stopped to see what Jennfre would do.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennifre paused and looked up confused. Defense spell? Simple or complex? Undetectable he says...but it can be undetectable and not be complex and hard to remove. He could be lying...she wished she specialized in mind magic right now, she could see if he was lying. Well..just to be safe...it won't take that much energy, opening this bag may hurt more then casting the simple spell she had in mind, if he was telling the truth. Jennifre waved her hand over to purse and waited to see if anything happened. If it was complex it would rebuke the spell in some way...if it was simple she could reach in...or not at all...
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
'Its impossible!' Cormag called, sitting down on a fallen oak. 'Don't you think I would've taken the money, and left the well known purse? I don't think its real gold either. By the way, my names Cormag.' He grinned and stood up, before jumping over the tree and beckoning to her. 'You coming?'
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Nothing happened. The purse didn't open, the spell wasn't revealed. She was dealing with some powerful magician here. Then Jennifre noticed that the boy was talking. His name was Cormag. "Yeah?" Jennifre asked, hair falling in front of her eyes. She saw him sitting down against a tree, his had patting the ground next to him. She eyed it, an eyebrow raised. "Jennifre," she said simply.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Cormag grinned. 'Mind if I shorten in to Jen?' He stretched and sighed. 'Its not that I like stealing, its the fact that if I didn't, I wouldn't be here.' He sat for awhile, watching her for movements for attack, defense, and fear. 'Where do you live?' Cormag asked casually.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennifre shrugged. "Whatever you like..." she trailed. Jennifre pursed her lips together. Sure, Jennifre knew he was just one of those common everyday thieves. She sighed. He asked where she lived, why would he care? "A small town a ways away from here, I'm actually trying to get there myself," She told Cormag.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
'May I escort you Jen?' He took a few steps towards her, and reached his hand out, but deciding against it, leaned against a tree. 'I know these woods can be dangerous, even in the day. I know a short cut to the towns, from here.' Cormag shrugged. 'Just giving a helping hand.'
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennifre pursed her lips together. She wanted to say, 'I'm doing might fine by myself thank you,' but instead she rolled her eyes and said sure, knowing he wouldn't be of much help and she was quite capable of getting home by herself and taking care of anything that may attack during the night.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
'I can tell your annoyed, and angry.' Cormag said searching her face. 'So i'll leave you alone, for now.' He grinned, and set off at a fast pace. 'See you around Jen!' He called, speeding up to a run. 'I'm sure you'll be fine, on your own. He laughed, and turned away, wondering what she thought of his once hidden, emotion detecting magic.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennifre sighed and collapsed back against the tree. She stared up at the sky in a without really seeing it way. A few minutes later she noticed how dark it was, only a bit of sun peaked over the horizon. The air wasn't chilly, it was pleasant, a soft wind blowing through the trees. Jennifre's eyes began to feel heavy and against her will she eventually drifted off.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Cormag watched the girl as she drifted off. If he left her she would surely die, but if he carried her they may not have enough time... He realized that there was not much of a choice. He darted to where she lay and lifted her, before sprinting towards the village. Once they were beyond the forest, he lay her down in the grass, and watched over her until morning.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennifre slowly woke up, her eyes blinking at the harsh sunlight streaking in through the thin overcast of the trees over the forest. Using a simple spell she put a soft, thin, layer of darkness over the tree, lowering the sunlight's intensity by a bit.

Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Cormag threw an apple from the tree nearby in which he was sitting in. 'And you gave me the look of I'll be fine on my own!' He laughed and jumped down, landing beside her. 'You fell asleep, so I carried you here. There's no need to thank me.' Cormag ran a hand through his hair as he stood smoothly. 'I have to go now, and you'll probably never see me again, so bye Jen.' He grinned and started to run along the old wooden fence.
Re: The Thief and the Magii (1-1 with Tiggy)
Jennifre jumped up when the apple bounced off of her. It snapped and burned to a crisp, it's ashes fell to the ground. light like fire. Jennfire struggled to stifle a small laugh but she didn't say anything. She was fine where she was, he need'ent do anything about it! Jennifre sighed, her eyes widened at what Cormag said next. 'Well I have to go now, you may not see me ever again...good bye, Jen,' he had said. ..."What? What do you mean?" she asked, startled.
